Why We Built This Site
Minnesota runs a unified district court, so Nobles County has one trial court rather than a set of city courts. Nobles County District Court in the Fifth Judicial District handles the felony, misdemeanor, traffic, family, juvenile, and local ordinance matters filed in the county. A warrant grows out of that court file, and the paperwork then splits across several offices. The sheriff serves the process. The jail handles custody and bond. The county administration office answers written data requests. Each of those offices holds one piece.
The harder problem is that Minnesota has no public statewide warrant search. State law requires counties to supply outstanding warrant data to the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension network, and that network serves law enforcement rather than the public. A reader who checks the wrong list, or checks only the live jail roster, can walk away with the wrong answer. This site gathers the real contacts, the court records route, the record-number formats, and the request steps for the offices that actually hold warrant information in Nobles County.
What You Will Find Here

- Outstanding warrants: what an active warrant means and why no county roster is published
- Missed court dates: how a bench warrant arises and which court holds the file
- Charged cases: how arrest warrants are issued and served in the county
- Resolution steps: how to talk to an attorney, address bond, and ask the issuing court about a recall
What We Cannot Do
This is a private reference site. It has no connection to any Minnesota court, the Nobles County Sheriff's Office, or any state agency. The limits are worth stating plainly:
- We cannot run an official check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant in any system
- We cannot post bond or take payment toward a case
- We cannot schedule a surrender, a hearing, or a walk-in appearance
- We cannot give legal advice or say how a warrant applies to a person
- We cannot promise that every phone number, fee, or address here is current
Only the court that issued a warrant can confirm its status and clear it, and only the Nobles County Sheriff's Office can confirm service. We can point to those offices, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages carry a search box supplied by an outside provider. That company runs its own service and sets its own price. If a search leads to a paid signup, we may receive a referral fee, and that revenue keeps the site free to read. We do not control what a partner charges or what its results contain, and a partner result is not an official warrant check.
